Sno Mountain ski area, Pennsylvania
|
| | I've been to several mountains in PA, and of the ones of been, this is without a doubt the best. It has a good range of runs from beginner to expert and has an impressive terrain park. Everything you could want in a PA mountain says Scott.
My 1st time here was soooo memorable... I won coorslight free ride 09....I LOVE THE MOUNTAIN!!!!! I can't wait to.return..... the conditions were excellent!! says UZZIE DE LA IGLESIA.
i kno you guys give skiing lessons. i was just wondering if you gave snowboarding |
lessons because i wanna learn how to snowboard. says Stacy.
Great little ski mountain in Pennsylvania, Montage Mountain as some really good runs for serious skiers like myself. It's my favorite ski resort in the region. says Jim Carter.
This ski
| | resort has a much lower than average share of difficult slopes and a much higher than average fraction of green and blue slopes. You have to go 85 miles to get to a ski mountain boasting a more sizeable altitude difference. Every snow season this ski hill gets 4 feet of snow, and that is pretty reasonable for a ski hill such as this one. Having a grand total of 30 runs to ski on; it's a nice range. This ski resort has 140 acres of skiing land, and all of it makes for great skiing. The 1,020 feet of drop from top to | |
|
bottom is quite reasonable; Sno Mountain makes excellent use of it. This ski resort has a decent range of slopes and enough ski lifts to serve them all. Nothing surpasses the Pennsylvania hills during snow season; they are a splendid place for snowboarding or
skiing. Getting a magnificent workout and getting out of the house for a while will make you feel magnificent. The 7 different ski lifts here are skillfully taken care of and controlled by friendly people. Sno Mountain is a full-size ski area boasting a more sky-scraping
than average vertical drop when you compare it to other ski mountains in the region. The annual snowfall is lighter than average at Sno Mountain. No scarcity of splendid accommodations, and if you make reservations ahead of going, you're all set. Whether you're
skiing or snowboarding, this is a vicinity with a lot of spots for that. Skiing and snowboarding in this part of the country is a lot of fun through the season. The winter view of the Pennsylvania summits and the especially wonderful trails are wonderful attractions
for scores of ski folks.
Special features: Free Terrain Park - Rail Park, Jump Park, 22' Half Pipe, 13' Half Pipe, Snow Tubing 10 800' Chutes, ZipRider - 4 zip-line cables, 1/2 mile long making a vertical drop of 500ft reaching speeds of up to 50mph
