Sno Mountain is a sizeable ski resort featuring a great altitude difference compared to other mid Atlantic ski hills. This ski area has 140 acres of skiable land, and it's all covered by wonderful snow. With a total of 30 ski slopes to ski on; it's a good diversity.
| | This ski hill has a vertical drop of 1,020 feet; Sno Mountain makes the most of it all. The 7 ski lifts here are capably looked after and managed by kind folks. There are several wonderful hotel rooms near the bottom area, but do book a room prior to departure given that it is a very popular destination. Sno Mountain receives lower snowfall than the local average every winter. This ski area has an okay variety of slopes and sufficient great ski lifts to serve them all. Sno Mountain has a much lower than average ratio | |

of expert and advanced slopes and a much higher than average percentage of intermediate or beginner slopes. Splendid exercise and just hanging out with your skiing mates outclasses anything. The yearly snowfall of 4 feet is of course not outstanding, but not that
bad either. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, this region has lots of ski resorts. No other ski hill for 85 miles has a more towering altitude difference. The picturesque vista of the Pennsylvania hills and the buzz of cruising down a slope are cause enough
to come here to ski. The snowy mountaintops of Pennsylvania are something you can’t pass up in the event that you're hooked on skiing and snowboarding. This is a brilliant ski area for young and old with loads of intermediate or beginner ski runs. The skiing and
the snowboarding in Pennsylvania is so much fun the whole season.
Special features: Free Terrain Park - Rail Park, Jump Park, 22' Half Pipe, 13' Half Pipe, Snow Tubing 10 800' Chutes, ZipRider - 4 zip-line cables, 1/2 mile long making a vertical drop of 500ft reaching speeds of up to 50mph
