Tanglwood ski area, Pennsylvania
|
| | Ah yes, Tanglwood. What a wonderful place it is. If only there were more days of winter to enjoy it. says Justin.
Tanglwood has a much lower than average fraction of tough slopes and a much higher than average proportion of beginner and intermediate slopes. This ski area has a small diversity of slopes and a somewhat small number of ski lifts. With a 415 foot vertical drop it's not the tallest hill there is, but all the other wonderful characteristics of Tanglwood compensate for it. This is a smaller size than average |
|
ski hill boasting an elevation difference that's more or less average if compared to other mid Atlantic ski hills. Tanglwood is amiable and relaxed, and folks who work there are very caring. All the 8 slopes here are pretty. This ski mountain has 4 great ski lifts,
| | and they will get you up the slope efficiently. This ski hill gets covered by 3 feet of fluffy snow per season, and that is not enormously high, but it's reasonable. This ski resort gets lighter snowfall than the local average every season. You'll encounter scores of skiers from East Stroudsburg here. The snowboarding and the skiing in Pennsylvania is a pleasant thing to do all season long. Having 35 acres of skiing territory, it's small-size enough to get to know all your fellow ski people. A splendid workout and spending | |

some quality time in the outdoors are splendid reasons to come. There are loads of lodgings here if you want to stay an extra day, but if you don’t have reservations, you may well end up sleeping in your car. Pennsylvania gets fantastically pretty during snow
season; it is truly a fine time of year for skiing or snowboarding. The ski map of Tanglwood on this web page unsurprisingly says a thousand words.
