| | This ski hill has a much lower than average fraction of difficult ski trails and a much higher than average proportion of intermediate or beginner runs. A 850 foot altitude difference is of course not that much, but Canaan Valley compensates for it by other means. brilliant choice of slopes to match all abilities; it won’t leave anyone bored. The snow here gets truly deep, 13 feet per winter, and that is sufficient for truly brilliant coverage. Canaan Valley is a brilliant ski area for the whole family with a load of green
| | and blue slopes. The natural attractiveness of the West Virginia highlands and the great feeling of cruising down the runs make the trip here worthwhile. This ski mountain has an okay set of runs and few ski lifts. All 4 ski lifts at this ski resort are amusing to get a ride with. All in all there are 34 slopes to choose from; it's a tremendous diversity. The annual snowfall is more or less average at Canaan Valley. covered in beautiful snow are a delightful spot for skiing or snowboarding. Skiing and snowboarding here in West Virginia is a lot of fun the whole season. Since you're on this page you are almost certainly into skiing or snowboarding, either way, there are loads
of good spots for that around here. No deficiency of brilliant accommodations, but if you don’t have reservations, you could end up snoozing in your car.
