Hilltop   Great little local ski hill, fun for everyone. says an anonymous skier. The nearest ski area in possession of a more soaring height difference is 175 miles away. This ski area has a much lower than average part of demanding ski slopes and a much higher than average ratio of beginner and intermediate slopes. The skiing territory being 30 acres, it makes for an intimate skiing experience. This is a relaxed ski resort in possession of a relaxed height difference     when you compare it to other ski areas in the region. This ski resort has 3 lifts, and they are fun to hitch a ride with. The winter months in Alaska is the most marvelous time of the year for snowboarding or skiing. No deficiency of perfect places to stay, but do reserve a room in advance of a trip as it is a very popular destination. Skiing and snowboarding here in Alaska is loads of fun the whole winter season. Hilltop gets snowfall close to the local average each season. The 10 slopes at this ski hill are magnificent. The 294 foot drop from top to bottom is unsurprisingly not that much to boast about, but all the other pleasant characteristics of Hilltop make up for it.
