Mount Lemmon Ski Valley gets blanketed by an average amount of snow each winter season. This ski hill has a much lower than average fraction of advanced and expert ski runs and a much higher than average percentage of beginner and intermediate slopes. is a small-size ski mountain boasting a pretty small drop from top to bottom when compared to other US Rockies ski resorts. You may have to settle for a hotel a bit far away from the base area if you want to stay overnight, but you'd better reserve before heading
| | out given that these places to stay fill up swiftly. The skiing land being 70 acres, it's more of a cozy style ski resort. The skiing and the snowboarding in Arizona is lots of fun the whole season. The nearest ski resort boasting a more sky-scraping drop from top to bottom is 122 miles away. The good snow here turns extremely deep, 15 feet yearly, and that is sufficient for extremely delightful coverage. Winter in the mountains of Arizona and the pleasant sense of zipping down the ski trails make the spree here worthwhile. | |

This ski hill has a comparatively small array of slopes and not many lifts. With a 950 foot drop it's not the tallest hill there is, but all the other glorious attributes of Mount Lemmon Ski Valley make up for it. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding,
either way, there are not so many other great ski hills for that close by. This is a good location for the whole family with many blue and green runs for learners. The snow covered summits of Arizona are a magnificent location for skiing and snowboarding.
