| | This ski area obtains an average amount of snow every snow season. Mount Lemmon Ski Valley is a small-size ski area with a cozy vertical drop when compared to other US Rockies ski areas. The snow here gets really deep, 15 feet per year, and that is more than enough for really good depth. This ski area has a somewhat small array of runs and few ski lifts. Mount Lemmon Ski Valley has the biggest vertical drop among ski areas in a 449 mile radius. There are 3 great ski lifts here, and they will get you up the mountain |

efficiently. The ski terrain being 70 acres, it's more of a relaxed style ski resort. The 18 slopes at this ski mountain are enjoyable to ski on. Mount Lemmon Ski Valley is a great ski resort for the whole family with many green and blue runs. This ski hill has
| | a much lower than average part of hard trails and a much higher than average ratio of beginner and intermediate runs. A 950 foot drop is of course not that much, but Mount Lemmon Ski Valley has so many other perfect characteristics. The skiing and the snowboarding in Arizona is loads of fun all winter long. The wonderful splendor of the Arizona highlands and the high of rocketing down a slope make the journey here worthwhile. You may have to settle for a hotel a bit far from the base zone if you want to stay an extra day, | |

but if you don’t have reservations, you could end up snoozing in your vehicle. No matter if you're skiing or snowboarding, around here, you won't run into scores of other ski areas. Great exercise and an opportunity to spend some time in the outdoors will have
