Mt Waterman has been a favorite of mine for 30 years. Laid back personality and a wonderfully steep face. Plan on riding the lift down if you're ''no bueno.'' says Rick.

This ski resort has a somewhat modest assortment of trails and a fairly modest number of ski lifts. This ski mountain has a drop from top to bottom of 1,300 feet; Mt Waterman makes great use of it. The yearly snowfall is something like average at this ski resort. Mt Waterman has the biggest altitude difference for 559 miles. All 3 different

    ski lifts at this ski resort are exciting to get a ride with. There's 235 acres of skiable terrain, and all of it makes for pleasant skiing. All the 10 trails here are totally exciting. This ski resort gets so much wonderful snow, 11 feet per season, and that
is ample for really fine depth. Nothing outclasses the California highlands in winter; they are a delightful place for snowboarding and skiing. Mt Waterman is a small-size ski resort featuring an average altitude difference compared to other west coast ski resorts. Getting your skiing muscles stimulated and just hanging out with your skiing mates will make you feel great. This ski resort has an average fraction of expert and advanced trails and an average share of beginner and intermediate trails. Snowboarding and skiing

in this part of California is scores of fun through the snow season. Not too many places to stay in the neighborhood, you'll have to travel a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations before you go, you're all set. The winter panorama of the California mountaintops and the truly great ski trails are guaranteed to keep you coming back for more. The snow blanketed highlands of the San Gabriel Mountains make for a delightful surroundings.
