Mt Waterman has been a favorite of mine for 30 years. Laid back personality and a wonderfully steep face. Plan on riding the lift down if you're ''no bueno.'' says Rick.

This ski mountain has an average percentage of expert and advanced ski slopes and an average part of beginner and intermediate slopes. All of the 3 ski lifts will get you up the mountain well. Mt Waterman is a more petite than average ski mountain with an average height difference compared to other west coast ski mountains. The 10 trails at

    this ski area are enjoyable to ski on. This ski resort has a somewhat modest mixture of slopes and quite few ski lifts. The San Gabriel Mountains covered in good snow is a fine skiing or snowboarding destination. Skiing and snowboarding in this part of the country
is a lot of fun through the season. This ski hill has 235 acres of ski terrain, and all of it makes for magnificent skiing. The 1,300 feet of drop from top to bottom is not that bad; it's enough to get some decent time on the runs between lifts. The incredible yearly snowfall of 11 feet is one of the reasons this is such a good ski hill. This ski mountain has an average amount of snow each winter season. The peaks of the San Gabriel Mountains give this ski resort a fantastically fine surroundings. The peaks of California

covered in good snow are a fine spot for skiing or snowboarding. You may have to settle for a hotel a bit far away from the bottom area if you want to stay for the night, but do book a room before you go given that it is a very popular destination. You could be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, in this general area, you'll come upon a lot of ski hills. Winter in the mountains of California and the pleasant sense of rocketing down the slopes are pleasant attractions for scores of ski people. Getting some pleasant exercise and spending some quality time in the outdoors will make you feel pleasant.
