Irwin Lodge ski area, Colorado
|
| | I haven't been to this place in many years but it's a great place to ski, not too crowded. says Kate.
This ski hill has a much higher than average fraction of black and red ski slopes and a fraction of intermediate or beginner ski slopes much lower than average. All of the 3 lifts make for a peaceful ride up the mountain. Irwin Lodge has an altitude difference of 2,100 feet which is in fact tremendous. The 15 runs at this ski area are fun to ski on. Snowboarding and skiing in this region is a wonderful thing |

to do every day of the season. The striking 50 feet of yearly snowfall is plenty for extremely glorious coverage. Having the terrain being 2,200 acres being short of skiing territory won’t happen. You could be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter,
| | this region has loads of ski hills. The annual snowfall is stronger than average at Irwin Lodge. Winter in the mountains of Colorado and the fine sense of zipping down the ski runs make the visit here worthwhile. This is a full-size ski area having an average elevation difference when you compare it to other ski mountains in the region. This ski area has a fairly small range of ski trails and not too many ski lifts. Getting a great workout and spending some quality time in the wilderness will make you pleased you came. | |

In winter the Colorado summits are something you can’t leave out if by chance you're interested in snowboarding and skiing. There are many accommodations here if you want to spend a night, but do reserve a room previous to going as it is a very popular destination.
