Riverside Hills   This is good for being in Iowa. I love the proximity to my house. says Ashley. Having a skiing land of 40 acres, it makes for a cozy skiing experience. This ski mountain has 6 ski slopes, and they are good. Riverside Hills has the largest altitude difference among ski areas in a 67 mile radius. The 5 feet of good snow that fall here every year is naturally not first-class, but not that bad either. A 190 foot drop is of course not that much, but all     the other wonderful features of Riverside Hills make up for it. This is a smaller than average ski area with an average drop from top to bottom when you compare it to other ski areas in the region. Riverside Hills has a somewhat small mixture of trails and a somewhat modest amount of ski lifts. All of the 3 good ski lifts are in good condition. The annual snowfall is less than average at this ski area. Riverside Hills has an average fraction of challenging ski slopes and an average share of intermediate or beginner trails. This ski area is a relaxed place, and people who work there are very welcoming. Getting a little bit of tremendous exercise and getting out of the house for a while will       make you feel tremendous. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of Iowa is loads of fun during the snow season. You get scores of skiers driving up here from Spirit Lake on snow-white weekends. The wintertime months in Iowa is the   most marvelous time of the year for skiing and snowboarding. There are a number of delightful lodgings right next door to the main area, but do book a room before you go as it is a very popular destination.
