| | Mount Pisgah has a humble range of slopes and a fairly small total of ski lifts. All the 5 ski runs here are good to ski on. Having a terrain of 12 acres, it makes for a friendly skiing experience. The snowboarding and the skiing in New York is a lot of fun the whole snow season. Mount Pisgah gets blanketed by lighter than average snow each winter season. A 300 foot altitude difference is unsurprisingly not that much, but Mount Pisgah has so many other nice attributes. | | compared to other east coast ski areas. The 7 feet of wonderful snow that falls here every year keeps the runs well covered through the snow season. When this part of New York is blanketed in snow; it is so charming for skiing or snowboarding. Loads of skiers from Malone like to ski here. places. A good workout and getting out of the house for a while outdoes anything. This is a family friendly ski resort with lots of intermediate or beginner slopes. If you'll be living in a hotel, you're in luck, lodgings are available next to the base area, but
if you don’t have reservations, you could end up sleeping in your car.
Mount Pisgah ski area Management Says: Mt Pisgah Veterans Memorial Ski Center is located in the village of Saranac Lake, NY. This is an excellent family slope, offering well groomed
trails for Beginner and Intermediate skiers in a casual atmosphere. Ski Lessons are available through the Saranac Lake Ski Club. The opportunity for night skiing as well as tubing are features for the entire family.
Special features: Mt Pisgah offers great night skiing 7 days a week as well as a tubing area with tow rope access.
