Cochran Ski Center receives higher snowfall than the local average each season. This ski hill has a comparatively modest mixture of runs and not many ski lifts. Cochran Ski Center is a smaller than average ski area with a cozier than average drop from top to bottom compared to other east coast ski resorts. A 350 foot drop is unsurprisingly not that much, but all the other splendid attributes

    of Cochran Ski Center make up for it. Cochran Ski Center is a small-size ski area with a caring workforce. The winter months in Vermont is truly a great time of year for snowboarding and skiing. The ice cold snow here gets exceptionally deep, 23 feet yearly, and
that is ample for exceptionally good depth. The lovely snow blanketed Green Mountains hills are a great place for snowboarding and skiing. There are 3 great ski lifts here, and they make for a peaceful ride up the slope. This ski area has a much lower than average share of difficult slopes and a much higher than average proportion of easy runs. Having 13 acres of skiable territory, it's more of a small style ski area. You get scores of skiers traveling up here from Burlington-South Burlington on snowy weekends. The Green

Mountains and its hills make for a great landscape. No scarcity of wonderful places to stay, but if you don’t have reservations, you will possibly end up slumbering in your car. This is a family friendly ski area with lots of beginner and intermediate ski runs. Getting a pleasant workout and just hanging out with your skiing pals attract ski people from near and far.
