Flachau ski area, Salzburg, Austria

  Flachau has a lot of ski trails and loads of delightful different ski lifts. Flachau has a much lower than average percentage of black and red runs and a much higher than average percentage of beginner and intermediate ski trails. This ski area has a height difference of 3,149 feet which is a glorious drop. There are 51 good ski lifts here, and they are satisfactorily maintained and controlled by caring people. The annual snowfall of 8 feet keeps the ski runs well blanketed through the season. There are 865 runs to pick from;
