  Salzkammergut is a small-size ski resort with a relatively relaxed altitude difference when compared to other Austria ski areas. Salzkammergut has a much lower than average proportion of difficult runs and a much higher than average proportion of intermediate or beginner ski trails. With 0 acres of skiable land, it's more of a small style ski mountain. This is a good place for the whole family with many easy trails for learners.
