| | This ski mountain has a drop of 2,708 feet which is in fact mind-boggling. This ski area has 7 trails, and they are amusing to ski on. This ski area has a much lower than average ratio of red and black runs and a much higher than average percentage of easy ski runs. This ski resort has a fairly small selection of ski runs and an acceptable sum of ski lifts. The 7 different ski lifts here make for a relaxing ride up the hill. This is a family friendly ski mountain with a lot of beginner and intermediate slopes for novices. |

This is a more petite than average ski mountain with a medium height difference compared to other Switzerland ski mountains. Having the skiing area being 3,212 acres you will never be short of skiable area. Kandersteg is a cozy ski mountain, and people who work
| | there are very friendly. Skiing and snowboarding in this part of the country is scores of fun the whole winter season. The mountaintops of Bernese Oberland, Switzerland blanketed in fluffy snow are a tremendous place for snowboarding or skiing. The ski trail map of Kandersteg on this internet page of course says a thousand words. Some people prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, this region has many ski resorts. Wonderful exercise and getting out of the house for a while have ski folks coming here. | |
