  The yearly snowfall of 7 feet keeps the depth nice. Aletschgebiet is a relaxed ski resort having a rather small altitude difference when you compare it to other ski resorts in the region. The 1,519 feet of altitude difference is reasonably ok; Aletschgebiet makes excellent use of it all. The annual snowfall is less than average at this ski resort. Skiing and snowboarding here in Valais, Switzerland is lots of fun all through the ski season. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, this region has loads
    of ski hills. Aletschgebiet has a reasonable set of slopes and scores of splendid different ski lifts. This ski resort has a much higher than average proportion of difficult runs and a proportion of intermediate or beginner runs much lower than average. All of
the 31 great ski lifts make for a tranquil ride up the slope. The 27 slopes at this ski mountain are totally exciting. Magnificent exercise and just hanging out with your skiing buddies attract ski folks from far and near. This is an enjoyable ski area with scores of difficult slopes. The ski slopes at Aletschgebiet can turn definitely freaky;  
but that's what it's all about, right? The pretty vista of the Valais, Switzerland highlands and fabulous runs are guaranteed to keep you coming back for more.
