Kirkerud ski area, Norway

This ski resort has a much lower than average proportion of advanced and expert runs and a much higher than average proportion of intermediate or beginner ski runs. There are 3 ski lifts here, and they will get you up the mountain well. Kirkerud has a rather small mixture of ski runs and not many lifts. Having 21 acres of skiable terrain, it's more of a small-size style ski mountain. You could be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, in this general area, you'll come across a lot of ski hills. This
is a small-size ski resort boasting a pretty petite drop if compared to other Northern Europe ski mountains. Getting your skiing muscles activated and an opportunity to spend some time in the great outdoors attract snow skiers from far and wide. The 4 trails at
this ski hill are enjoyable to ski on. The 393 foot drop from top to bottom is of course not that much to boast about, but Kirkerud compensates for it with other things. The winter months in Norway is the most marvelous time of the year for snowboarding or skiing. This is a perfect location for the whole family with loads of blue and green slopes for novices. This ski resort is nice and small, and folks who work there are very pleasant.
