The Lecht ski area, UK   The Lecht is a more petite than average ski resort in possession of a small-size altitude difference when you compare it to other ski areas in the region. The Lecht has a humble set of runs and an okay choice of lifts. There are 12 lifts here, and they are perfectly taken care of and controlled by caring folks. This ski hill has 17 slopes, and they are totally fun. The Lecht has a much lower than average part of hard ski trails and a much higher than average proportion of blue and green runs. Snowboarding and skiing in this     part of UK is a lot of fun through the ski season. Having the skiing land being 649 acres you will never run out of terrain. The 600 foot vertical drop is naturally not that much to boast about, but The Lecht compensates for it by other means. The ski trail map on this page will give you a good idea what The Lecht is like. Getting a little great exercise and an opportunity to spend some time in the wilderness have snow folks coming here. This is a perfect site for young and old with lots of green and blue ski trails for novices.
