| | The seasonal snowfall is more or less average at Broken River. The 1,189 feet of vertical drop is relatively acceptable; Broken River makes excellent use of it. Broken River is a cozier than average ski resort boasting a medium height difference when you compare it to other ski areas in the region. This ski resort has a much higher than average share of difficult ski trails and a share of blue and green ski trails much lower than average. | | scenery of the Southern New Zealand peaks and first-rate trails are in themselves motive enough to come here to ski. On this slope you'll encounter 50 different slopes; it's a tremendous set. This ski mountain has an acceptable collection of slopes and an acceptable sum of ski lifts. There's 420 acres of skiable terrain, and all of it makes for great skiing.
