The annual snowfall is more than average at Mount Shasta. No other ski mountain for 119 miles has a more soaring height difference. There are 5 lifts here, and they will get you up the hill well. number of ski hills. This ski mountain has 425 acres of skiing land, and it's all in tremendous shape. Mount Shasta has a much lower than average percentage of challenging slopes and a much higher than average ratio of beginner and
| intermediate slopes. This is a small ski hill having a roughly average drop from top to bottom if compared to other west coast ski mountains. In winter the California summits are always good for skiing and snowboarding. This ski area has a decent selection of slopes and an ok choice of great ski lifts. Cascade Range is so scenic you won’t believe it. The winter view of the California peaks and the truly perfect runs are in themselves reason enough to come here to ski. The Southern Cascade Range and its summits give this ski resort
a tremendously good view. Places to stay are at your disposal close to the main area, but do book a room ahead of going given that it is a very popular destination. Mount Shasta has a pleasant pick of ski runs to fit all abilities;
it won’t leave anyone bored.
