| | Sierra Summit is a great place for a one day ski trip. It has enough variety to keep you from getting bored eventhough it's not a very large mountain. It has loads of fun challenging runs and some nice easy runs to keep the wife and kids happy too Says Bob.

Sierra Summit has the largest drop for 123 miles. This ski hill has 420 acres of skiable terrain, and it's all blanketed by ice cold snow. The 1,679 feet of height difference is relatively okay; China Peak - formerly Sierra Summit
| makes great use of it. This ski resort has a much higher than average share of red and black runs and a much lower than average share of beginner and intermediate runs. The snowboarding and the skiing in California is loads of fun the whole winter. but if you are in need of adrenaline you are. The 11 ski lifts here are in tremendous shape. The fantastic 25 feet of yearly snowfall is one of the greatest characteristics of this ski hill. All in all there are 45 ski trails to choose
from; there are sufficient ski trails for every skill. The Central Sierra Nevada and its peaks make for a good landscape. Not too many places to stay nearby, you'll have to go a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations before
you go, you're all set. The charming snow covered Central Sierra Nevada peaks are an extraordinarily good place if you enjoy skiing and snowboarding. China Peak - formerly Sierra Summit has a good mixture of ski runs; there's absolutely
no way to get bored here. The wintertime vista of the California peaks and the good feeling of zipping down the trails are guaranteed to keep you returning. In winter the California peaks are a good place for skiing and snowboarding.
A bit of exercise and just being on the slopes for a while will make you happy you came. Given that you're on this page you are probably into skiing or snowboarding, either way, around here, you'll encounter loads of nice ski resorts.
