Mission Ridge   Mission Ridge has a good assortment of ski runs and an okay choice of lifts. Mission Ridge is a mid-size ski resort boasting a vertical drop that's around average if compared to other west coast ski areas. This ski area receives so much ice cold snow, 17 feet every year, and that is one of the greatest highlights of this ski area. This ski mountain has a much lower than average proportion of expert and advanced slopes and a much higher than average proportion     of easy ski runs. The 2,250 feet of drop from top to bottom is ample for a good top to bottom run. You may have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the main area if you want to stay for a few days, but do reserve a room prior to departure in view of the fact that it is a very popular destination. Having such a great ski terrain, 1,000 acres in all running out of skiable territory won’t happen. The snow blanketed mountains of the Wenatchee Mountains make for a nice sight. The seasonal snowfall is in the region of average at Mission Ridge. The wonderful vista of the Washington highlands and the high of coasting down a slope have folks coming from all over. All 6 good ski lifts at this   ski mountain are exciting to catch a ride with. With a sum of 36 ski runs to ski on; there's a perfect range to suit everyone. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, in this general area, you'll locate scores of ski areas. Mission Ridge has the biggest height difference among ski areas in a 70 mile radius. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time in the wilderness have ski folks coming here. The Wenatchee Mountains in winter is a nice spot for snowboarding and skiing. The Washington mountains in winter are something you can’t pass up if you're addicted to snowboarding and skiing. Mission Ridge is a glorious location for everybody with lots of easy runs. The skiing and the snowboarding in Washington is lots of fun during the snow season.
