Magic Mountain
| | Truly wonderful little local ski area right here in Idaho. Says Snow Lover.
Magic Mountain gets snowfall close to the local average each ski season. This is a small ski mountain with a smaller size than average drop if compared to other US Rockies ski hills. This ski mountain has a much higher than average proportion of black and red slopes and a proportion of easy slopes much lower than average. This ski area has a humble variety of ski runs and not too |
many lifts. There's 280 acres of skiable terrain, and all of it makes for great skiing. A pleasant workout and just being on the trails for a while will make you delighted you came. The phenomenal seasonal snowfall of 15 feet is plenty
| for exceptionally delightful depth. The ski runs at Magic Mountain could get completely crazy; but you need to do what you need to do, true? You have to go 47 miles to get to a ski hill with a better size drop. All 3 lifts at this ski hill are ably taken care of and operated by friendly people. Skiing here is always an amusing experience with plenty of demanding slopes. The 13 runs at this ski hill are exciting to ski on. A 700 foot vertical drop is naturally | |

not that much, but Magic Mountain makes up for it by other means. This is a popular ski hill for skiers from Twin Falls. As you're on this page you are probably into skiing or snowboarding, either way, around here, you won't encounter
a lot of other spots. The nearby hotels are a bit far from the base zone, but if you don’t have reservations, you may perhaps end up slumbering in your car. The winter in Idaho is so stunning for skiing and snowboarding.
