| | This ski hill has a drop from top to bottom of 4,350 feet which is a tremendous drop. Big Sky is a greater than average ski hill with a tremendous drop from top to bottom when you compare it to other ski mountains in the region. Having 3,600 acres of skiable area lacking skiing area won’t happen. With a total of 150 trails to ski on; it's a perfect assortment. The yearly snowfall is stronger than average at Big Sky. time in the outdoors is better than anything. This ski hill gets covered by so much fluffy snow, 33 feet per season, and that is plenty for incredibly good coverage. Big Sky has a much higher than average share of challenging runs
| and a much lower than average share of easy runs. This ski area has a magnificent assortment of trails; it's impossible to get bored here. It's always amusing to ski here at Big Sky with lots of advanced and expert trails. This ski hill has 17 different ski lifts, and they are nicely looked after and run by caring folks. set. There are some real bone smashing slopes at Big Sky, man; but that's what it's all about, correct? The pretty splendor of the Montana summits and all the wonderful slopes are in themselves incentive enough to come here to ski. Snowboarding and skiing in this region is a great thing to do all season long.
