Grand Targhee has a great assortment of trails and a good selection of ski lifts. This ski hill has 5 lifts, and they make for a relaxing ride up the mountain. National Forest in Western Wyoming. Our base is at 8,000 ft in the magnificent Teton Mountain Range, 42 miles west of Jackson Hole, Wyoming and 87 miles northeast of Idaho Falls, Idaho. We are famous for our consistently superb snow conditions with over 500 inches annually.
