Indianhead
| | The vertical drop is relatively ok at Indianhead, not bad at all. Says Jimmy.
Hey, Charles here, gotta tell you, Indianhead rules. It's the only place I go to locally and so do all my friends and they all agree too that Indianhead rules around here and as far as I know everyone else in the state too. Says Charles.
This is a good size ski resort with a load of vertical feet when compared to other mid west ski mountains. The 23 ski runs at this ski hill |
are enjoyable to ski on. The 9 great ski lifts here make for a comforting ride up the mountain. With a 638 foot drop it's not the highest hill there is, but Indianhead compensates for it with other things. The yearly snowfall is something
| like average at this ski mountain. Some exercise and a chance to spend some time in the wilderness will make you feel great. There's 195 acres of skiable land, and all of it makes for good skiing. The close by places to stay are a bit far from the bottom of the hill, and if you make reservations before you go, you're all set. This ski resort has an average part of expert and advanced ski runs and an average proportion of blue and green ski trails. Indianhead | |
|
has a comparatively humble selection of ski trails and a good selection of ski lifts. The beautiful snow here becomes exceptionally deep, 18 feet every year, and that is one of the finest features of this ski mountain. The Gogebic
Range covered in snow is an incredibly good spot if you love snowboarding or skiing. You have to go 27 miles to get to a ski mountain boasting a more sizeable height difference. You get loads of skiers driving up here from Merrill
on snow covered weekends. Please refer to the ski trail map of Indianhead on this web page for information. No matter if you're skiing or snowboarding, around here, you'll discover a lot of great places. The Gogebic Range and its
mountaintops give this ski area an incredibly good sight. The skiing and the snowboarding in Michigan is lots of fun the whole season. The wintertime months in Michigan is truly a good time of year for snowboarding or skiing.
