This is the best mountain around here by far. Says Karen. All the 25 slopes here are totally enjoyable. A 600 foot height difference is of course not that much, but Marquette has so many other nice characteristics. This ski area gets blanketed by so much beautiful snow, 18 feet per year, and that is one of     the reasons this is such a pleasant ski area. All of the 4 ski lifts will get you up the slope well. The nearest ski resort having a more soaring drop is 155 miles away. Marquette obtains an average amount of snow every season. Marquette has an acceptable assortment of slopes and a rather humble sum of ski lifts. This is a greater than average ski mountain featuring a soaring drop when you compare it to other ski resorts in the region. This is a popular ski area for skiers from Marquette. Marquette has an average proportion of demanding trails and an average part of blue and green slopes. A great workout and spending some quality time in the fresh air attract ski people from near and far. This   ski mountain has 151 acres of skiable territory, and it's all in good condition. Michigan gets very beautiful in the winter; it is the most splendid time of the year for skiing or snowboarding. Accommodations are offered in the vicinity of the base zone, but if you don’t have reservations, you may well end up sleeping in your vehicle.
