Afton Alps
| | Excellent ski hill to bring the kids to, huge number of lifts that serve all abilities which is important when you have kids because they're all at different ages all the time. There's always a perfect lift for everyone in the family. Says Michael.
Afton Alps has so many runs, you'll never get bored. Great skiing for the whole family, mainly easy runs but there are a few hard ones too. I recommend this ski area to anyone who likes to ski. Says Nancy.

This ski area has an ok variety of slopes and a lot of good good ski lifts. There's 250 acres of skiing land, and it's all in delightful condition. On this hill you'll come across 41 different runs; it's a tremendous mixture. The
| yearly snowfall of 4 feet doesn’t sound like a heap, but it's relatively reasonable. This ski resort has a much lower than average share of hard trails and a much higher than average proportion of beginner and intermediate slopes. Afton Alps is a great ski mountain with an average altitude difference if compared to other mid west ski resorts. The 18 ski lifts here are fun to take a ride with. the winter. Getting a pleasant workout and just being on the runs for a while are pleasant reasons to come. Afton Alps gets lighter than average snow every season. The 350 foot drop from top to bottom is unsurprisingly not that much
to brag about, but Afton Alps compensates for it with other things. The wintertime in Minnesota is the most marvelous time of the year for skiing or snowboarding. This is a popular ski mountain for skiers from Red Wing. This is a
good site for young and old with loads of blue and green slopes. Afton Alps has a good pick of slopes to suit all abilities; there's no way to get bored here. The trailmap on this web page will give you a good idea what Afton Alps
