Highlands of Olympia has a fairly modest set of trails and a fairly humble number of ski lifts. There are 3 good ski lifts here, and they are fun to take a ride with. The seasonal snowfall is lighter than average at Highlands of Olympia. |
Highlands of Olympia is a more petite than average ski mountain with an average elevation difference if compared to other mid west ski resorts. There are great comfortable hotels here, and if you make reservations prior to departure,
| you're all set. The 5 ski trails at this ski resort are fun to ski on. The 5 feet of ice cold snow that falls here per season doesn’t sound like plenty, but it's pretty reasonable. Highlands of Olympia has a much lower than average ratio of black and red trails and a much higher than average part of blue and green trails. and cozy. With a 205 foot drop from top to bottom it's not the highest hill there is, but Highlands of Olympia has so many other good attributes. This is a glorious place for the whole family with many intermediate or beginner trails.
The wintertime months in Wisconsin is so delightful for skiing or snowboarding. Some exercise and just being on the runs for a while will have you coming back. Skiing and snowboarding in this part of the country is a lot of fun every
day of the winter season. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, close by, you'll find scores of good places.
