Mount La Crosse
| | Mt. La Crosse is a great place to ski and is a convenient drive for many. There are enough challenging runs to keep you busy and a race course is available on Sundays. The Nastar course on Mt. La Crosse seems more difficult than in Beaver Creek, CO. They have a variety of runs and a terrain park. There are no hotels at the base but most are a ten minute drive away. Says Hannah.

has a much higher than average proportion of tough ski trails and a much lower than average proportion of easy ski trails. The 18 ski trails at this ski resort are gorgeous. This ski resort has a rather modest range of ski trails
and few lifts. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of Wisconsin is lots of fun the whole winter season. No other ski area for 119 miles has a more sky-scraping vertical drop. The trails at Mount La Crosse could become truly insane;
they'll make you really feel many years younger. When this section of Wisconsin is covered in snow; it is the most magnificent time of the year for snowboarding or skiing. Lodgings are offered near the main area, but you'd better
reserve before heading out in view of the fact that these hotel rooms fill up quick. This is an exciting ski mountain with a heap of red and black ski trails. You'll bump into lots of skiers from La Crosse here. No matter if you're skiing or snowboarding, this is a neighborhood with a load of ski hills for that.
