Sunburst is a great place to take your family. The special offers they have to teach a family to ski are the best I have ever seen. Service has always been     great. I have been to Sunburst about 8 times and enjoyed every time. A must if you have children Says RB. Sunburst has a fairly small selection of runs and sufficient lifts to serve   them all. The 10 ski trails at this ski area are enjoyable to ski on. Sunburst boasts lighter than average snow every ski season. A 225 foot height difference is of course not that much, but Sunburst makes up for it by other means. This is a popular ski area for skiers from Fond du Lac. The terrain being 35 acres, it's cozy enough to get to know all your fellow skiers. Sunburst is a small ski mountain in possession of an average drop from top to bottom if compared to other mid west ski resorts. No need to look hard for places to stay, but do reserve a room before heading out as it is a very popular destination. Wisconsin gets very lovely during ski season; it is truly a perfect time of year for skiing and snowboarding.
