I recommend it. Says Bill Lopez. Trollhaugen was the first ski-area I went to, to learn how to snowboard. It was a very nice enviroment. Good snow, good people and a fun place to go to. I HIGHLY recommend it! Says Jessica Modl. Trollhaugen has an average share of expert     and advanced trails and an average part of easy trails. The annual snowfall is in the order of average at Trollhaugen. The 8 feet of snow that falls here every year keeps the depth good. Trollhaugen is a standard size ski area boasting a medium drop from top to bottom when compared to other mid west ski mountains. When this part of Wisconsin is blanketed in snow; it is the most wonderful time of the year for skiing and snowboarding. Please refer to the ski map of Trollhaugen on this internet page for info. All the 22 runs here are totally cool. There are 9 different ski lifts here, and they are cool to take a ride with. Having a skiing area of 90 acres, it's extremely pleasant and small-size.   A great workout and just hanging out with your skiing buddies are great reasons to come. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, around here, you'll come across many great ski areas. This ski resort has a rather modest variety of trails and a good number of great ski lifts. The 260 foot height difference is naturally not that much to brag about, but Trollhaugen has so many other perfect qualities. Scores of skiers from Red Wing like to ski here. There are a lot of good places to stay to select from, but if you don’t have reservations, you may perhaps end up slumbering in your automobile.
