Wisp   The facilities at Wisp are I think pretty good. I like the more isolated side runs the best. Says Joseph. I love Wisp, it's my favorite ski area in the region. It's got great runs and a good lift system. I like the atmosphere of the place, it always feels good to come here for a day of skiing. Says Ron. All 12 lifts at this ski mountain will get you up the mountain effectively. This ski hill has an acceptable collection of runs and an acceptable     pick of lifts. Wisp has an average amount of snow every season. On this mountain you'll bump into 32 different trails; it's a great range. This ski hill has 132 acres of skiing territory, and it's all covered by ice cold snow. Wisp has an average part of difficult ski trails and an average part of beginner and intermediate runs. There are loads of pleasant hotel rooms to select from, but do reserve a room ahead of going in view of the fact that it is a very popular destination. The seasonal snowfall of 8 feet keeps the slopes well blanketed through the winter. The nearest ski resort in possession of a more towering drop is 25 miles away. Given that you're on this net page you are most   likely into skiing or snowboarding, either way, there are a lot of pleasant places for that close by. Wisp has a great range of trails; it's out of the question to get bored here. This is a regular size ski hill with a drop that's more or less average when compared to other mid Atlantic ski resorts. The skiing and the snowboarding in Maryland is so much fun every day of the snow season. A bit of exercise and getting out of the house for a while are pleasant reasons to come. With a 700 foot elevation difference it's not the highest hill there is, but Wisp makes up for it by other means. The wintertime in Maryland is truly a tremendous time of year for snowboarding and skiing.
