Boyce Park
| | I've been a local patron of Boyce Park for 12 years, and I still currently go there. For locals, it's a no-brainer to drive there and have a good time with your friends. It is not a ski area that will test your abilities or really challenge a veteran rider. However, it is extremely cheap, not very crowded (with the exception of weekends) and fully functional (weather permitting). For $10, you can get a pretty decent workout. Bottom line: If you are more |
of a social rider, a beginner, or just don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a lift ticket, Boyce is a great option for a good snow session. Says The Local.
I really like Boyce park. It's my favorite place to be. I would
| be there all day if I had a choice. Says Alex.
Skiing for over 20 years, thought Boyce was going to be too small and lame. To cut to the chase, it was a fantastic place! Can't say enough! Tried snowboarding for the 1st time with my 67 year old dad and 9 yr. old son. Cannot beat the price, had a cafe, and closest, longest, widest beginner hill I've found in Western PA! Says Laura Gray.
I went here once a really long time ago when I was a little | |

kid. It was loads of fun. Says Romel.
Boyce Park has a much lower than average proportion of tough trails and a much higher than average fraction of blue and green trails. Every season this ski resort gets 3 feet of snow,
and that is not extremely high, but it's ok. The seasonal snowfall is lighter than average at this ski area. Boyce Park has the greatest elevation difference among ski hills in a 39 mile radius. The 5 great ski lifts here will get
you up the mountain effectively. Boyce Park has a small diversity of trails and an okay pick of good ski lifts. All the 9 ski slopes here are stunning. Boyce Park is a petite ski mountain having a quite small-size elevation difference
compared to other mid Atlantic ski hills. With a 180 foot drop from top to bottom it's not the highest hill there is, but Boyce Park has so many other pleasant attributes. Since you're on this web page you are in all probability into
skiing or snowboarding, either way, in this general neighborhood, you'll discover scores of ski mountains. The skiable land being 25 acres, it's more of a small-size style ski hill. The winter in Pennsylvania is the most grandiose
time of the year for snowboarding or skiing. This is a popular ski hill for skiers from Pittsburgh. Boyce Park is likable and relaxed with a kind workforce. The ski trail map on this internet page will give you a good idea what Boyce
Park is like. Snowboarding and skiing in this region is a wonderful thing to do all snow season long. Accommodations are on hand right next door to the bottom area, but if you don’t have reservations, you may perhaps end up sleeping in your automobile.
