Elk Mountain

Elk is uncrowded and really fun. They seem to make the best out off the conditions weather gives them. Good, long trails(for Pa). I liked the mini park. The ''bigger'' park made the best of the space. I surface lift in the park lets you session as long as you want, and stay in the park. Great for dialing in on my skillz. Couple of the rail and box features are really cool. I will go to Elk a couple times a year. Says 1sweetstick.

This ski area has 27
runs, and they are pleasant. The annual snowfall of 5 feet doesn’t sound like a heap, but it's reasonably all right. There are 6 lifts here, and they are nicely kept up and operated by caring people. The 1,000 feet of vertical drop
is not too bad; Elk Mountain makes the most of it. Elk Mountain has an average fraction of tough slopes and an average share of green and blue slopes. The trailmap of Elk Mountain on this web page of course says a thousand words. Elk Mountain has a reasonable array of slopes and sufficient good ski lifts to serve them all. No other ski resort for 21 miles has a more towering drop from top to bottom. Elk Mountain is a great ski resort featuring an average drop
when compared to other mid Atlantic ski resorts. The seasonal snowfall is less than average at Elk Mountain. Nothing beats the Pennsylvania peaks in the winter; they are a wonderful site for skiing or snowboarding. There's 180 acres of skiable land, and it's all covered by wonderful snow. No matter if you're skiing or snowboarding, there are scores of good ski resorts for that in the vicinity. Skiing and snowboarding here in Pennsylvania is so much fun through the season. The grand mountain surroundings of Pennsylvania and the tremendous sensation of speeding down the runs have scores of folks coming here. The close by accommodations are a bit far away from the bottom of the hill, and if you make reservations previous to going, you're all set. A good workout and just hanging out with your skiing mates will have you returning.
