Wintergreen
| | Thanks for having such a great ski resort for us to visit, keep up the great work! Says Joe.
My family loves skiing at Wintergreen here in Virginia. We go there all the time in the winter, it's a good place to ski for all abilities I think, both beginners and experts. Says Liz Walker.
This ski area gets lower snowfall than the local average each season. With a terrain of 90 acres, it's extremely lovely and small-size. Wintergreen has a somewhat |
small mixture of ski slopes and a decent amount of ski lifts. This ski resort has 5 good ski lifts, and they will get you up the slope efficiently. Wintergreen has an average fraction of expert and advanced trails and an average fraction
| of easy ski slopes. This ski area has an altitude difference of 1,003 feet; Wintergreen makes excellent use of it. The yearly snowfall of 3 feet is of course not first-rate, but not that shaggy either. Wintergreen is a mid-size ski resort in possession of a medium height difference compared to other mid Atlantic ski mountains. Getting a great workout and getting out of the house for a while will make you pleased you came. The 20 ski slopes at this ski resort | |
|
are good. Wintergreen has the most sizeable vertical drop for 77 miles. The nearby places to stay are a bit away from the main area, and if you make reservations previous to going, you're all set. The mountaintops of Virginia during
snow season are a good site for skiing and snowboarding. The grand mountain vista of Virginia and the pleasant sensation of coasting down the ski trails have snow people coming from far and near. Snowboarding and skiing in this region
is a lot of fun every day of the season. You might be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this vicinity has scores of ski areas. Please refer to the trailmap of Wintergreen on this net page for information.
