Mount Airy Lodge
| | My dad took me here long long ago. It was like a big big bunny slope. Says Ben.
The 3 great ski lifts here are enjoyable to get a ride with. A 250 foot drop is unsurprisingly not that much, but all the other tremendous features of Mount Airy Lodge compensate for it. The yearly snowfall is less than average at this ski area. This ski area has a comparatively small array of ski slopes and few lifts. This ski area has a much lower than average fraction of black |
and red slopes and a much higher than average part of intermediate or beginner ski slopes. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of Pennsylvania is a lot of fun the whole snow season. The 6 slopes at this ski resort are stunning. Having
| a ski terrain of 25 acres, it makes for a peaceful skiing experience. This ski mountain is a small-size ski mountain, and folks who work there are very caring. Mount Airy Lodge is a relaxed ski hill featuring a pretty petite elevation difference if compared to other mid Atlantic ski areas. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, this region has loads of ski hills. The seasonal snowfall of 5 feet is naturally not first-rate, but not that bad | |
|
either. There are wonderful comfortable hotel rooms here, but you'd better reserve prior to departure since these hotel rooms fill up swiftly. You get a lot of skiers traveling up here from East Stroudsburg on snow covered weekends.
Mount Airy Lodge is a tremendous spot for the whole family with plenty of beginner and intermediate runs. Getting a splendid workout and spending some quality time in the wilderness attract snow skiers from near and far.
