Snow Valley   I haven't been to Snow Valley since the 1960's. We used to go there on weekends back then. Says Ken. Snow Valley is closed to all alpine ski operations. Says New England Skier 13 Tue, 25 Nov 2014. The yearly snowfall is about average at Snow Valley. The skiing area being 22 acres, it makes for a friendly skiing experience. The 7 ski trails at this ski mountain are splendid to ski on. Snow Valley has a much lower than average share of expert and     advanced trails and a much higher than average percentage of intermediate or beginner ski slopes. The inspiring seasonal snowfall of 10 feet is one of the reasons this is such a fine ski hill. No need to look hard for places to stay, but do reserve a room before heading out given that it is a very popular destination. The beautiful snow covered Green Mountains mountaintops are a fine skiing or snowboarding destination. This is a cozier than average ski resort boasting a medium elevation difference compared to other east coast ski mountains. This ski area is a relaxed location controlled by pleasant folks. The 700 foot vertical drop is unsurprisingly not that much to boast about, but all   the other magnificent attributes of Snow Valley make up for it. Skiing and snowboarding here in Vermont is lots of fun every day of the season. Snow Valley has a fairly small mixture of ski slopes and not many lifts. You could be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this neighborhood has loads of ski hills. Snow Valley is a family friendly ski area with lots of blue and green slopes for beginners. The snow covered mountaintops of the Green Mountains make for a fine panorama. A little exercise and getting out of the house for a while have ski people coming here. This is a popular ski hill for skiers from Bennington.
