With a 800 foot drop it's not the tallest hill there is, but all the other delightful characteristics of Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge compensate for it. make for a peaceful ride up the slope. With 2 acres of skiable land, it's exceptionally pleasant and small-size. You have to go 135 miles to get to a ski area with a fuller-size altitude difference. Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge has a
| much lower than average percentage of hard slopes and a much higher than average fraction of intermediate or beginner trails. The close by rooms are a bit far away from the bottom of the hill, but you'd better book prior to departure because these rooms fill up quick. All the 10 ski slopes here are fun to ski on.
