Klippitztoerl   A 944 foot height difference is naturally not that much, but Klippitztoerl compensates for it by other means. Klippitztoerl has an okay mixture of slopes and an okay amount of good ski lifts. This ski resort has a much lower than average percentage of black and red trails and a much higher than average percentage of blue and green slopes. All the 28 trails here are totally enjoyable. All of the 6 different ski lifts are competently looked after and operated by friendly folks. The beautiful view of the Carinthia, Austria     hills and all the tremendous ski slopes are cause enough to come here to ski. Klippitztoerl is a smaller than average ski resort in possession of a cozier than average vertical drop when you compare it to other ski hills in the region. With 7,000 acres of skiing area you won't run out of skiable land. This is a family friendly ski mountain with lots of blue and green slopes for learners. Good exercise and a chance to spend some time in the wilderness are great causes to come. Skiing and snowboarding in this part of the country is a lot of fun the whole winter.
