Sauda   I went to ski here in 2007, and I was very happy with the place. I only skied one day there, but that's enough to cover the entire area 100 times :) . Seriously it's very nice. Says Arvid. All of the 5 different ski lifts are in good shape. With such a sizeable skiing area, 3,177 acres in all being without skiable territory won’t happen. Sauda has a rather modest selection of trails and sufficient ski lifts to serve them all. The 1,640 feet of elevation difference is not that bad; it's enough to get some decent     time on the slopes between lifts. This is an ordinary size ski resort featuring a height difference that's around average when you compare it to other ski areas in the region. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, this is a neighborhood with a load of ski mountains for that. The 14 slopes at this ski area are totally exciting. This ski mountain has a much higher than average ratio of tough trails and a much lower than average ratio of green and blue trails. It's always enjoyable to ski here where a lot of the runs push the limits of even the finest skiers. Nothing outdoes the Norway highlands during snow season; they are a fine site for skiing and snowboarding. Some exercise and spending some quality time in the fresh air attract snow skiers from near and far.
