Vassfjellet   Vassfjellet has very good places to ski especially for kids and beginners. Very good family ski area. Says Knut. Having 1,587 acres of skiing area you won't be without skiable territory. This ski hill has a much higher than average share of hard slopes and a much lower than average share of green and blue slopes. The 6 good ski lifts here are nicely kept up and operated by friendly folks. This ski area has a rather modest collection of slopes and sufficient good ski lifts to serve them all. Vassfjellet is a     mid-size ski resort featuring a roughly average drop when compared to other Northern Europe ski resorts. The 1,508 feet of drop from top to bottom is reasonably okay; Vassfjellet makes great use of it all. All the 10 runs here are fun to ski on.
