Ruka/Kuusamo   Having 1,410 acres of skiing area you will never be short of skiable land. This ski mountain has a much lower than average share of difficult ski slopes and a much higher than average proportion of green and blue ski runs. All the 28 ski slopes here are enjoyable to ski on. Ruka/Kuusamo is a normal size ski hill with an altitude difference that's about average compared to other Northern Europe ski resorts. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, in this general region, you'll find a lot of ski areas. This ski mountain has     18 good ski lifts, and they will get you up the hill efficiently. When this part of Finland is covered in wonderful snow; it is so pretty for snowboarding or skiing. A 659 foot height difference is unsurprisingly not that much, but Ruka/Kuusamo makes up for it by other means. This ski mountain has a good variety of ski runs and scores of nice different ski lifts. Splendid exercise and getting out of the house for a while are magnificent reasons to come.
