Garmisch   Garmisch is a great place to live and ski. Says Dirk J. Saar. This is a petite ski hill in possession of a medium drop compared to other Germany ski hills. This ski resort has 38 lifts, and they make for a relaxing ride up the mountain. Garmisch has a reasonable mixture of runs and many ski lifts. Good exercise and just hanging out with your skiing pals have people coming here. With 7,960 acres of skiing land you will never be without skiing area. Garmisch has a much lower than average share of black and red     runs and a much higher than average fraction of green and blue runs. There are 40 ski runs to select from; it's a good variety. The vertical drop of 4,428 feet is a wonderful drop. The ski trail map of Garmisch on this net page naturally says a thousand words. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, this is an area with a lot of places for that. The stunning splendor of the Germany peaks and marvelous runs are delightful attractions for many skiers. This is a good place for young and old with many blue and green runs. Garmisch has a good variety of runs; it's totally impossible to get bored here.
