This ski area has a much lower than average percentage of hard ski runs and a much higher than average percentage of green and blue ski runs. Perisher Blue is a sizeable ski hill boasting an average drop if compared to other Southern Hemisphere ski resorts. Perisher Blue gets covered by snowfall close to the local average every snow season. All of the 53     lifts make for a comforting ride up the slope. Skiing and snowboarding in this part of the country is a lot of fun throughout the snow season.
