Whakapapa   Whakapapa is a conventional size ski mountain in possession of a soaring altitude difference when you compare it to other ski resorts in the region. There are 21 good ski lifts here, and they are in splendid condition. This ski hill has a drop of 2,229 feet which is good. Whakapapa gets an average amount of snow each winter season. Whakapapa has a decent selection of trails and scores of lifts. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of New Zealand, North Island is a tremendous thing to do the whole ski season. Some folks     prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, this region has scores of ski mountains. The striking annual snowfall of 15 feet is sufficient for really tremendous depth. On this mountain you'll locate 43 different ski slopes; there's a tremendous array to suit everyone. Having such a full-scale skiing area, 1,359 acres in all you will never lack skiing territory. This ski area has a much lower than average fraction of expert and advanced ski trails and a much higher than average part of blue and green trails. Whakapapa is a good site for young and old with loads of blue and green slopes   for beginners. The wintertime panorama of the New Zealand, North Island summits and admirable runs are reason enough to come here to ski. Whakapapa has a good pick of slopes to fit all abilities; it's out of the question to get bored here.
