The Remarkables   This ski resort has a much lower than average ratio of hard trails and a much higher than average ratio of easy ski trails. The 1,083 feet of height difference is not too bad; it's sufficient to get some decent time on the trails between lifts. There's 220 acres of skiable terrain, and it's all in pleasant shape. There are 31 trails to select from; there's a good collection to please everyone. The Remarkables boasts snowfall close to the local average every snow season. This is a relaxed ski mountain boasting a roughly     average height difference when compared to other Southern Hemisphere ski resorts. All 6 different ski lifts at this ski mountain make for a comforting ride up the mountain. The Remarkables has a good set of ski trails and enough lifts to serve them all. The wonderful snow here becomes extremely deep, 16 feet per season, and that is one of the finest highlights of this ski hill.
