Ski Areas > Central Asia and Middle East > Bakuriani, Georgia

I am George. I like Bakuriani because the skiing is very good, and it is very beautiful in the Georgia mountains in the winter. I like to ski here very much. Says George from Georgia.

The 3 great ski lifts here are in magnificent shape. Bakuriani's vertical drop of 2,666 feet is sufficient for a great top to bottom run. Bakuriani has a much higher than average ratio of difficult ski slopes and a much lower than average ratio of green and blue ski slopes. This ski area has a small diversity of trails and few lifts.
Bakuriani is an average size ski hill boasting an average drop when compared to other Central Asia and Middle East ski mountains. This ski area has 479 acres of terrain, and it's all in good condition. The 12 slopes at this ski hill are fun to ski on. Some runs
here are real killers; so do safety-check your bindings. As you're on this internet page you are in all probability into skiing or snowboarding, either way, in this general area, you'll bump into a lot of ski areas. The winter view of the Georgia summits and the rush of zipping down a slope make the visit here worthwhile. In winter the Georgia highlands are something you canít leave out if you're hooked on snowboarding or skiing. It's always enjoyable to ski here with loads of challenging trails. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of Georgia is a good thing to do every day of the winter season.
